3. Printed-to-Order Products & Final Sale

Some Belinsy products are printed to order and made specifically after purchase. This production model allows us to reduce overproduction and operate with limited inventory.Due to the made-to-order nature of select products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing details, and material information prior to purchase.Please refer to our Order Policies page for complete details.Belinsy reserves the right to update or modify product offerings, pricing, sourcing, fulfillment methods, and policies at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary.Belinsy is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, customs delays, lost shipments, damaged shipments, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider.Orders may be fulfilled in one of the following ways: Directly through a production or fulfillment partner after purchase. Processed by Belinsy prior to being submitted for production and shipment, or by Belinsy directly. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your shipping and contact information may be shared with fulfillment or production partners solely for order processing and shipment purposes.Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Belinsy is not responsible for orders affected by incorrect customer-provided addresses.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, artwork, product designs, branding, and images, is the property of Belinsy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.Certain mockups, blank garment templates, or sizing materials may belong to third-party production partners.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for personal or commercial purposes without prior written permission.Belinsy reserves the right to correct accidental website errors, including pricing errors, product description inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes, even after an order has been placed.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.Customers must provide clear photographic evidence for review.Belinsy reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement, resolution, or other corrective action at its sole discretion.Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged through improper care are not eligible for review.
