Final Sale Policy

At Belinsy, some of our products are printed to order and made specifically for each customer after purchase. This production model allows us to reduce overproduction and operate with limited inventory. Due to the print-to-order nature of select products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, material details, and the information provided below before placing an order. Belinsy is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or customer selection. Please review all sizing details carefully before purchasing, as all items are final sale.

Product, Fabric & Color Variations

Please note that slight variations in color, print placement, texture, and fabric feel may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, production methods, fabric dye lots, and manufacturing processes. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

For printed products, slight differences between digital mockups and the final printed product may occur. This includes minor variations in print size, placement, and color tone.

Product Image Disclaimer

Some of our tee collections are displayed using a combination of digital mockup images and actual product photography featuring real models wearing the garments. In some cases, certain products may be shown using mockup images only.

Mockup images are provided for visual representation purposes and may vary slightly from the final product in terms of print placement, color appearance, fit, and garment details.

Customers are encouraged to review all product images, descriptions, and sizing details carefully before purchasing.

Wear & Care Disclaimer

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for review or resolution. Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions to maintain product quality and longevity.

Defective Items

IIn the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify Belinsy within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the issue is required for review.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review. Belinsy reserves the right to determine defect eligibility and the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Belinsy is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier-related issues, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement, refund, or reimbursement.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Belinsy, customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that fall within the terms of this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in order restrictions, account review, or refusal of future purchases.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Belinsy LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Order Policies in full.
